CLIENT CHARTER

We promise to provide efficient, quality and friendly in the following tasks:

  1.  Organize exhibitions to create awareness and educate the general public about the history of National Education via:
    i. Permanent exhibition continuously.
    ii. Special exhibitions with a minimum 3 year exhibition.
    iiI. Outdoor exhibition with a minimum of 3 exhibitions per year.|

  2. Strengthening collection management through policies that have been set:
    i. Results proceeds of the collection will be completed within four months from the date of receipt of the offer form.
    ii. Collection of loan applications responded within 3 days.

  3. Prepare a museum expert services to institutions and individuals in need.

  4. Respond to customer complaints quickly, accurately and courteously in the following time periods:
    i. Acknowledgment within 1 working day.
    ii. Initial feedback within 3 working days.

  5. Request a guided tour to the museum through:
    i. Letter – answered within 3 working days.
    ii. Email – answered within 1 working day.
