The house was originally the home of Datuk Abdul Razak, the principal of (SDAR) school. When SDAR moved to Seremban in 1972, this building was turned into a Glass Tube Workshop of Technical and Vocational (FPTV) faculty, UPSI and later became FPTV food processing workshop.
