The Tadah Selatan

The Tadah Selatan has three wings: Anjung Tun Perak, Anjung Tun Seri Lanang and Anjung Hang Tuah. This building was built behind time compared to Suluh Budiman Building, namely, after the completion of the Tadah Utara hostel. The building is also functioned as  hostel for students, accommodated around 60 to 70 people at any one time. The building was completed entirely in 1930. Similar to Tadah Utara, this hostel is a geometric three-branched building that houses dormitory D, dormitory E, and dormitory F. In this building there is also a foyer called ‘The Perserian’. Each room in the building can accommodate approximately 30 students. There is a chief room in the front area and assistant chief room in the middle area of each room. In early 1940, the room names were changed; dormitory D to Tun Perak, dormitory E to Tun Seri Lanang, and dormitory F to Hang Tuah.
